Draft — pending legal & compliance review before launch
When you are charged, when you can get money back, and why medication cannot come back.
You are not charged for prescription medication until a licensed provider has reviewed your information and approved a prescription. If a provider determines treatment is not appropriate for you, you are not charged for medication. Any separate consultation or membership fee, where one applies, is disclosed before you pay it.
Federal and state law, and pharmacy practice standards, prohibit the return, reuse or resale of dispensed prescription medication. This is a safety rule rather than a commercial one: once a medication has left the pharmacy its storage and handling cannot be verified. Dispensed medication is therefore not returnable and not refundable except in the circumstances below.
We replace or refund where the pharmacy dispensed the wrong medication or the wrong strength; where the medication arrived damaged, or a cold-chain item arrived unrefrigerated or spoiled; where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit; or where you were charged for medication that was never dispensed. Contact support@20science.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photographs where relevant.
You can cancel at any time from your patient portal or by contacting support@20science.com. Cancellation stops future fills. If you cancel before your next fill is prepared you are not charged for it. Once a fill has been prepared or shipped, it is not refundable — see above.
Multi-month plans are discounted because they are committed in advance. If you cancel part-way through, medication already dispensed is not refundable, and any remaining undispensed portion is refunded at the non-discounted rate for what you have already received.
Refunds are issued through the same channel and to the original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
