Draft — pending legal & compliance review before launch
How your medication gets to you, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Nothing ships until a licensed provider has approved your prescription. After approval, the pharmacy prepares your medication — compounded preparations are made to order, so this step is usually the longest part of the wait. You receive tracking as soon as the pharmacy hands the parcel to the carrier, and it also appears in your patient portal.
We ship within the United States only, to states where the treatment can lawfully be dispensed. We do not ship to PO boxes for temperature-sensitive medication, and we cannot ship internationally or forward parcels outside the United States.
Medication ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of its contents. The sender shown is the dispensing pharmacy.
Some medications require refrigeration and ship with cold-chain packaging. Refrigerate these on arrival. If a cold-chain parcel arrives warm, damaged, or noticeably delayed, do not use it — contact support@20science.com and we will arrange a replacement.
Contact support@20science.com with your order number. We will work with the pharmacy and carrier to resolve it. Where a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives unusable, a replacement is arranged at no cost to you.
Please check your delivery address carefully. A parcel sent to an address you supplied incorrectly may not be recoverable, and prescription medication cannot be re-dispensed once it has left the pharmacy.
