What you agree to when you use this website, and the limits of what we do.
These Terms govern your use of 20Science (the "Site"), operated by 20 Science LLC, a California limited liability company with a registered address at 2625 Townsgate Rd, Suite 330, Westlake Village, CA 91361. By using the Site or submitting a medical intake, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
20 Science LLC operates a technology platform. We are not a medical practice, a pharmacy, or an insurer, and we do not practise medicine. We do not prescribe, dispense, or make clinical decisions of any kind. Medical consultations and prescribing decisions are made by licensed clinicians affiliated with an independent, physician-owned medical group, an independent professional corporation. We neither employ nor direct those clinicians, and nothing on this Site should be read as us doing so. Medications are prepared and dispensed by accredited compounding pharmacies. Technology and pharmacy coordination are provided by our technology and pharmacy-fulfilment partner.
Completing an intake form does not entitle you to a prescription and does not guarantee that any treatment will be offered. A licensed provider reviews your submitted information and prescribes only if, in their independent clinical judgement, treatment is appropriate for you. A provider may decline. That is a legitimate clinical outcome, not a failure of the service, and you are not charged for medication in that event.
You must be at least 18 years old, physically located in the United States, and in a state where the treatment you are requesting can lawfully be prescribed and dispensed. Availability varies by treatment and by state and may change. You must provide accurate, complete and current medical information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in inappropriate treatment decisions and is grounds for terminating your access.
You are not charged for prescription medication until a licensed provider has reviewed your information and approved a prescription. Where you select a multi-month plan, the discount and billing schedule are disclosed before you commit. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future fills and does not create a right to a refund for medication already prepared or shipped. See our Returns Policy.
You may not use the Site to obtain medication for anyone other than yourself, misrepresent your identity or medical history, attempt to obtain controlled substances, resell or redistribute any medication, or interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
The Site, its content and its underlying software are owned by 20 Science LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified clinician, and you should never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read here. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and 20 Science LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
