What text messages 20Science sends, who gets them, and how to stop them.
20Science sends transactional text messages about your order and your care. There is no marketing or promotional SMS programme. Messages come from 20 Science LLC, 2625 Townsgate Rd, Suite 330, Westlake Village, CA 91361.
You opt in by ticking the optional "Text me updates" box during your medical intake at 20science.com, and by providing a mobile number. The box is unticked by default and is separate from the consents required for care. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of treatment or of any purchase, and declining does not affect your care in any way.
Order received · a provider has reviewed your request · your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy · your order has shipped, with carrier and tracking · delivered · a payment problem · a subscription renewal reminder. Messages never name a medication, condition or diagnosis — this is enforced in our system before a message is sent, so that a text arriving on a shared or visible screen cannot disclose your health information.
Message frequency varies with the progress of your order and your treatment. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. 20Science does not charge for text messages.
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts immediately. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@20science.com. Stopping texts does not cancel your treatment, your order or your subscription, and does not stop email about your care.
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
